Machine Learning Engineer/Intern

Overview:

Xdiwei Tech is an AI solutions provider for the industry, and we are currently seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, AI, and software development. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing machine learning algorithms, models, and systems to support our AI solutions for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms, models, and systems to solve complex industry problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and product managers to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to ensure maximum performance and scalability.
• Develop tools, libraries, and frameworks to streamline the development and deployment of machine learning models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI, and incorporate new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure their reliability, accuracy, and robustness.
• Clearly communicate complex concepts and technical details to a variety of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously improve existing AI solutions and contribute to the development of new innovative products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with big data processing tools and platforms, such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
